AdForge is an AI-powered platform that enables users to create advertising creatives, including images, copy, and marketing materials. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our service
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use AdForge to:

  • Create illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Generate misleading or deceptive advertisements
  • Attempt to reverse engineer our AI systems
  • Abuse, harass, or harm other users
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create using AdForge. You grant us a license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

Our Platform: AdForge, including our AI models, software, and branding, remains our intellectual property.

6. Payment Terms

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Limitation of Liability

AdForge is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AdForge after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
